Waiter/Waitress

INTRODUCTION:

Waitressing means you will greet and welcome perfect strangers to your establishment, and make them feel comfortable. You may be required to provide menus and drinks. Once they read the menu, you will need to answer questions about food, its ingredients, and its preparation method. You will then take the order for appetizer, soup, salad etc. for each customer at your table. The order must be given to the kitchen/chef. You must then balance when each portion of the meal comes out, preferably with the appetizer appearing first. You will then require to locate and provide condiments, extra napkins, utensils for those that are dropped or are merely missing, keep drinks filled, check on customer satisfaction and quality of the food. It is your job to ensure that each customer at your table has what he or she needs. You will be required to do this for multiple tables, all at the same time.

We are enrolling two different classes of Waiter program at morning, day and evening shift at its own lab from highly qualified and experienced trainers. The Basic waiter course includes the combination of theoretical and practical learning about food and beverage services including greetings to customer, table handling, cocktail, mock tail and other front office jobs that gives students an overview of standard service vocabulary and front office handling techniques. Students are introduced to various drinks and equipment, commonly used in reputed restaurants and hotels. They also learn professional standards of personal hygiene, work station sanitation and general bar safety. 

 Advanced Waiter course includes the free internship facility at 5 star hotels for 3 to 6 months.

DURATION:

The duration of the Basic Waiter Course is 15 days. The classes continue for more than 1 hour per day.  Whereas the Advanced Waiter Course is of 1 month and free internship at 5 star hotels.

CRITERIA:

All, who are interested to learn Waiter, can join the class after admission process. 

CERTIFICATE:

A certificate will be awarded to students with grade after completion of this course.

NOTE:

We provide casual working facility at 5 star hotels. And a job placement facility at reputed restaurant and star hotels.
