Bakery

Introduction:
Youth Vision Hotel Training Center (YVHTC) is enrolling various bakery classes at morning, day and evening shift at its own lab from highly qualified and experienced trainers. The basic bakery course includes the combination of theoretical and practical learning that gives students an overview of standard bakery practices, vocabulary and baking techniques. Students are introduced to bakery tools and equipment, commonly used ingredients and their properties. They also learn professional standards of personal hygiene, work station sanitation and general kitchen safety. The course includes preparation of breads, cakes, pastries, muffins, cookies, biscuits etc. and their decoration.

We focuses on those aspects of bakery that helps a candidate to make a good entrepreneur. He/she can establish an own bakery house. We also guide them about how to run bakery business and help on its establishment.  

Duration:
The duration of the course is 15 days. The classes continue for more than 2 hours per day. The Advanced Bakery Course is of 3 months that includes free internship at reputed Bakery house or hotels.

Criteria:
All, who are interested to learn bakery, can join the class after admission process.

Certificate:
A certificate will be awarded to students with grade after completion of this course.
